Terms of service
Draft — to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
The waitlist
Joining the LinkSouk waitlist is free and creates no obligations for you or for us. A waitlist spot is not a contract: founding offers (0% network fee for the first 50 stores, Founding Creator status for the first 500 creators) are granted in signup order at launch, as described on the site.
Referrals
Referral links exist to move you up the queue. Fake signups, self-referrals and automated signups may be removed without notice.
The platform
Full terms of service for the platform — for advertisers and for creators, covering commissions, approvals, payouts and disputes — will be published here before launch, in both English and Arabic, and will apply from the moment you create a platform account.
