Frequently asked questions
When and how do I get paid?
On the 25th of every month, for the previous month's approved commissions. UAE bank transfer in AED, or Wise / Payoneer in your preferred currency if you're abroad.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, AED 100. Anything below simply rolls over to the next month — you never lose earnings.
How does tracking work?
You get a unique discount code per store (plus links if you want them). Every order that uses your code is credited to you automatically and shows up in your dashboard within seconds.
What if a sale is rejected?
Stores can reject returned or cancelled orders during their return window — you see the reason for every rejection. If you think a rejection is wrong, hit the dispute button and we'll arbitrate.
Do I need a permit?
UAE-based creators need the free UAE Media Council advertiser permit for paid promotion — we guide you through it and verify you. Creators abroad self-certify their local ad-disclosure rules instead.
I don't live in the UAE — can I join?
Yes. If your audience shops in the UAE or travels there — from Spain to Singapore — you're exactly who we built this for. Payouts go via Wise or Payoneer.
What about taxes?
Your earnings are yours to declare according to your own country's rules. We provide statements for every payout — but talk to your own tax advisor; we can't give tax advice.
