What we store
When you join the waitlist we store what you enter in the form: your email address, your role (store or creator), and the details you choose to share — such as company or full name, website or channel links, category, country and phone number. We also store your language choice, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters and referrer), and your referral code.
Why we store it
For one purpose: to operate the waitlist. That means contacting you about the launch, giving founding members their benefits in the right order, and crediting referrals. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). Both act only on our instructions. The website runs on Cloudflare.
Analytics without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not follow you across sites. Our own event counters (for example "a form was submitted") store no personal identifiers at all. Because nothing tracks you, no cookie banner is needed — there is nothing to consent to.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
When you join the waitlist after clicking one of our ads, we report the signup to Google Ads so we can measure which ads work. Everything starts with tracking consent DENIED; only on the thank-you page — right after you submit the form — do we send the conversion together with a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address. Your readable email address is never shared with Google. We also store the ad click id (gclid) with your signup so we can match it to the campaign.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until the platform launches and you either become a user or we no longer need the list, after which it is deleted. If you unsubscribe, we stop contacting you.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@linksouk.ae and we will handle it promptly. This policy is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
