Frequently asked questions
What does LinkSouk cost?
Joining is free — no setup fee, no monthly fee, no lock-in. You set the commission creators earn; our network fee is 30% of that commission, charged only on approved sales. Founding stores pay 0% network fee for the first 3 months.
How does tracking work if I have no tech team?
Each creator gets a unique discount code for your store, and codes appear directly in your order system — attribution is automatic. On Shopify our app handles everything; otherwise a simple script on your thank-you page, or even manual reporting, works fine.
What happens with returns and refunds?
Every sale stays pending during your return window. You approve or reject each one before anything is charged — returned or cancelled orders are rejected and cost you nothing.
When do I actually pay?
Sales from one month are settled at the start of the next. You review and approve them by the 20th, and approved commissions are drawn from your deposit; creators are paid on the 25th.
How does the deposit work?
You top up a deposit (from AED 1,000) that commissions are drawn from. You get a warning when it runs low, and your program pauses automatically when it's empty. Any remaining balance is refunded if you leave.
Who are the creators?
UAE-based and international creators and publishers — micro-influencers on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, bloggers, and coupon and cashback sites. You decide who joins your program: automatic or manual approval.
What about influencer permits?
UAE-based creators must hold a UAE Media Council advertiser permit for paid promotion. We verify permits at onboarding — working with LinkSouk creators keeps your brand on the right side of the rules.
When does LinkSouk launch?
We're onboarding the founding cohort now. Waitlist stores get access first, in the order they joined — and the first 50 stores get the founding offer.
